FAQ 3:  Are Veterinary Clinic services free or discounted if I receive public/low income assistance?

A: No, our veterinary service prices are already low cost. Please see our Free, Discounted, and Low Cost Veterinary Services page or our Veterinary Services Pricing page for veterinary services details.

FAQ 4: Do I have to purchase a city/county license?

A: The city of Jacksonville requires all pets to be licensed when they receive a rabies vaccine. We are also required to report to the city if you do not purchase a city license. The city could contact you and may fine you up to $250.

A: Please drop your pet off at our Norwood Spay/Neuter Clinic between 7 a.m. – 8 a.m.  You may pick up your pet between 3:30 p.m. – 4 p.m., but we are open until 8 p.m., so you can pick up later if needed.
