1. Meet Age Requirement
We accept volunteers starting at age 14. 14 and 15-year-olds must be accompanied by a parent and 16 and 17-year-olds must have an in-person meeting with the volunteer manager. Parents or guardians must sign applications for any volunteers under the age of 18.
2. Submit your online application.
3. Receive approval from the Volunteer Manager.
A background check is required for all applicants.
4. Attend Volunteer Orientation
Volunteers are required to attend a Volunteer Orientation. Volunteer Orientation lasts about 1 hour. Keep in mind that you will be unable to begin volunteering until orientation is completed.
Orientation Dates and Times vary by location.
5. Begin Volunteering and Making An Impact!
Most shifts are generally 2-3 hours long but adjustments can be made.
Shifts must be selected before arrival through our online scheduling system, My Impact.
Please be sure to read the Volunteer Handbook and Waiver as you will be required to sign that you read both at Orientation. Thank you!
