In the event of your incapacitation or death, who will care for your beloved pets if your family and friends are unable to help?
First Coast No More Homeless Pets has created the Pet Haven Program to help. Once your pets are enrolled in this program, you will have the peace of mind knowing that, if the need should arise, FCNMHP will take in your enrolled pets, nourish and care for them as long as necessary, and provide any needed medical care until we find them a new home with a loving family.
The enrollment fee is $10,000 for the first pet and $5,000 for each subsequent pet. If paid at the time of enrollment, we are able to take your pets if you become incapacitated or are otherwise unable to care for them.
You may also pay on a deferred basis through a planned gift. A planned gift can be:
Should none of your pets survive you, we hope that that you will provide that your gift will still go to FCNMHP to help other homeless animals.
Here is sample language for your Will that you may share with your attorney:

In accordance with this provision, I give to First Coast No More Homeless Pets (the sum of $_______) or (all or ___% of my residuary estate.) Should my pets not survive me or not be surrendered to First Coast No More Homeless Pets, this bequest shall still be valid.
